We are in the sales & service business for coating equipment within South East Asia
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide after sales service solution such as troubleshooting, repair, modification, calibration, verification, etc.
- Attend to customers' technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers' satisfaction.
- Provide technical training to customers.
- Provide technical support to customer which include demonstration, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and repair to fullfill customer's need.
- Provide after-sales support to customers on the operation and maintenance of machine. Liaise closely with customers, supplier and teammates.
- Prepare service report, quotation and costing.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements :
- Required language : Mandarin
- Posses at least Diploma / Degree a in any discipline preferably in Electric/Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in a Technical sales Environment will be an added advantage for this position
- Self-starter with a proactive approach. Understanding of sales & distribution with intermediate project management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot/ repair equipment and instrument.
- Hands-on and good with handling instrument.
- Analytical thinking.
