Key Responsibilities The Program Lead will lead transformation projects from ideation to deployment, setup governance for all other transformation projects including cross-functions & global projects to drive towards the north star, contact center of the future. The Program Lead will also be accountable in developing governance for Run-The-Business so that performance can be tracked and maintained to meet or exceed targets Requirements Business Acumen - Deep understanding of the Digital Trend, and the challenges and opportunities in areas such as technology, data and business change. Accountability - Be accountable for APJ client support digital transformation to improve customer experience and operational efficiencies, develop multi-year strategy and roadmap of future customer journey by introducing technologies, tools, capabilities and resources. Actively originate and shape digital opportunities and develop business case to bake into the strategy and roadmap. Communication - Be able to articulately and passionately present digital concepts to senior stakeholders internal and external. Collaboration - Proven ability to build strong relationship with cross functional, reginal/global counterparts and senior leadership team to effectively influence and communicate the business case by using data to prioritize and implement projects/programs/initiatives. The specific teams to connect includes but not limited to Global Ops Excellence, Social Media, Service Marketing, Service Sales, Service IT, Dell IT, Global CoE, Global Process Engineering, Product Group, Software Product Group, eService, Global Field Service, Part Planning, Regional Operational Excellence and ProSupport Technical Support. Governance – Build governance system to manage the priority and momentum of projects/programs/initiatives to make sure all the stakeholders and relevant teams understand the whole picture and detailed progress on each projects/programs/initiatives. Presentation : Develop story telling materials that promote the highlights & boost confidence through clear articulation of action plans where milestones/dependancies are missed so as to influence stakeholders for support and buy-in.
