Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and conduct Telemarketing sales for Loan products over the phone to new and existing customers
  • Upsell/cross-sell the company's products and services proactively when the opportunity arises
  • Understand customer's needs and make appropriate product recommendation
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators including sales, quality and operational standards.
  • Consistently maintaining highly ethical and professional approach to all current and prospective clients
  • Resolve customers' problems, feedback and complaints by applying appropriate skills
  • Feedback customers concerns to Team Manager for improvement
  • Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and business partners
  • Assist ad hoc initiatives/projects when required by management


Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must post at least diploma level or higher with at least 1 year of experience
  • Prior telesales and/or call center experience will be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Call Centre Systems & MS Office
  • Highly motivated and results-driven Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset with a positive attitude
  • Fluent in oral and written English , Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese

  • 应聘者必须至少拥有1年文凭或以上学历
  • 拥有电话销售和/或呼叫中心经验者为优先考量
  • 通晓呼叫中心系统和MS office
  • 高度的积极性和结果驱动 良好的人际交往能力和客户服务心态,积极的态度
  • 操纵流利的英语,马来语和华语
