Billing cum Admin Clerk

Nibong Tebal, Shah Alam, MY

Responsibilities:

  • Handles sales orders and inquiries by telephone, fax, e-mail and personal visits from customer, sales person, etc.
  • Records and assigns outdoor service to a suitable agent
  • Responsible for timely issue of delivery order and invoice
  • Accountable for the accuracy of information on invoice, delivery order and credit note
  • Checks stock level and stock location before issue delivery order and invoice
  • Provides daily sales order information to the bosses
  • Keeps track and updates sales person on pending orders
  • Supports sales and marketing teams
  • Assists in general administrative duties
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene of the office
  • Performs any other duties that may be assigned by the superior as and when required

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience
  • Possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent certification
  • Good command of English and Chinese languages
  • PC literate; knowledge of UBS software and SAPB1 is preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills, initiative, well-organized, positive working attitude and a fast learner
