Job Responsibilities:
- Responds and follow up on sales lead/ customer inquiries, providing assistance and determining which equipment is best suited to their needs and wants and update to management
- Prepare customer quotations and process rental of equipment
- Recommends replacement of equipment, new equipment purchase and sale of old machineries.
- Coordinates equipment reservations with site personnel for rental to third parties
- Setting up marketing platform for our machineries for better presentation such as catalogues, brochures, e-internet etc
- Preparing reports for management Update current machinery list regularly
- Makes cold calls to solicit business Coordinates and assists the procedures for any delivery and pickup of equipment, inform customers on equipment operation
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with existing customers and new prospects Prepare sales presentations, contracts and proposals
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, controlling and maintaining of documents, mailing of documents Other Ad-Hoc Duties.
Job Requirements
- Outspoken, Cheerful, Responsible, Meticulous, Fast-thinker and Takes initiative in work.
- Possess good negotiation, communication skills and excellent customer service.
- Ability to operate and demonstrate working features of heavy equipment being sold or rented would be preferred.
- Able to work independently
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience of outside sales/rental experience in heavy machineries
- Fluent in English & Chinese, Malay is a plus.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
