Working Hour:

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound call to solve customer's general inquiry and complaints related to DIGI’s TELCO products , account payment issue and etc.

Our Client's Expectation:

  • Fresh graduate (Diploma/Degree) are encouraged to apply.
  • SPM holders must possess at least 1 year of working experience.
  • Candidate with customer service related experience is advantageous.
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English languages is required. Mandarin is added advantage.
