- Supervises and coordinates activities of inspectors engaged in daily inspection to ensure product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- To work with related department for new development in term of inspection procedure, testing procedure, assembly specifications and etc.
- Revised and updated inspection procedure time to time in order product meets quality standards and specifications.
- To confirm defective part and perform defective part analysis.
- Evaluate and suggest alternative for continuous improvement.
- To coordinate with production on any non-confirmity parts for further corrective action.
- To liaise with supplier on any non-conformity parts for further corrective action.
- To chair meeting with the related department to discuss on root cause, corrective action and preventive action upon non-conformity arise.
- Assigns training time to time for new and update inspection information to inspectors.
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/SPM/O'Level; Professional Certificate or any related field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably non-executives specializing in Quality Control / Assurance or equivalent.
