Working Days : 5 days (Monday -Friday)

Nature of Business : Shipping , Logistic & Forwarding

Job Description:

  • Liaising directly with clients as well as vendors.
  • Process invoicing in accordance with established procedures and standards.
  • Required to ensure each shipment generates the maximum contribution to the company by keeping constant focus on meeting the required service level at the lowest possible cost.
  • Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure.
  • Constantly review working processes with vendors to ensure best practice, but also that fees charged are in line with competitors.
  • Assist the sales team with quotations and client/product knowledge.
  • Require to produce reports and statistics for meeting schedule update.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma /Degree in any discipline
  • Prefer with logistic /shipping experience
  • Fresh grads are welcomed as training will be provided
