Responsibilities:
  • Prepare daily bank deposit and updates cash book record.
  • Perform Account Receivable (AR) functions such as checking customers’ payment details on rebate calculation, issue Credit Note and Debit Note.
  • Monitor overdue and delinquent accounts and follow-up closely on collection
  • Record of payment received and update into the system
  • Respond to customers’ queries promptly
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required by the company.
Requirements: -
  • Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accounting
  • 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
  • Must be computer literate
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
