- To request customised training proposal which is relevant for business
- To process booking, invoice and payment before and after the training
- To ensure essentials documents and information are captured for PSMB/HRDF claims
- To coordinate with vendors and trainers on the logistics arrangements (hotel, venue, date, time & etc)
- To maintain high standard of relationship management with vendors and training supplier.
- To organised training events for both Melaka & BRJ for the next 5 months
- To prepare the participants list for all the programs
- To invite participants for the training with the relevant information
- To launch online survey as a “pre- assessment” before the training if required
- To launch training evaluation after the training
- To organized email campaigns to promote the training events within the region
- Maintain appropriate documentations for each training event (attendance sheets, handouts, participant’s workbook and etc)
- To be on site, during the training if necessary
- To manage all the venue bookings (internal or external)
- To coordinate all the payments and invoicing with external venues
- To ensure seating arrangements for the training as per the requirement
- To manage external caterers for the training events and process the payments
- To book transportation or accommodation for external trainer if required
- Coordinating and maintain office supplies including but not limited to printer, photocopy machine, office telephone, mobile phone, drinking water supplies for employees and training.
- Canteen management including but not limited to canteen audit, canteen facilities, Licensing and valid document availability.
- Printing and stationary: including but not limited to ordering, maintain inventory of stationary, printing letter head, RW envelope, employee name card etc.
- Monitor and managed cleaner and gardener.
- Postage and mail. To order courier consignment note and plastic bag.
- Responsible for all meeting rooms readiness and cleanliness
- Responsible for wages locker
- Responsible for telephone bills, mobile phone bills and phone voice notes bills
- Any other related admin matters.
