Assistant Manager, Business Process and Information Technology

This positon assists the General Manager of Corporate & Innovation in planning, implementing and monitoring business process improvement focused on ensuring compliance, while also improving effectiveness and efficiency in support of business goals such as:

  1. Apply performance improvement expertise in support of IT and organizational processes.
  2. Identify process improvement opportunities to improve quality, enhance service, and eliminate non-essential tasks.
  3. Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements.
  4. Develop best practices for business process improvements.
  5. Foster a systematic approach to process design, including appropriate performance measures, so processes meet key requirements to achieve organization goals.
  6. Identify and facilities the use of appropriate improvement tools and techniques to ensure optimal improvement results.
  7. Track and communicate status of business initiative projects to the Management.
  8. Coordinate with cross-functional team to develop business process requirement.
  9. Work closely with business and IT partners to gather requirements and design / implement solutions to effectively address quality assurance requirements.
  10. Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and schedule to implement process improvements.
  11. Develop, design and maintain business process documentations which include training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures.
  12. Ensure any procedural changes in Policies and Procedures are updated and oversee the training of staff.
