In line with business expansion plans, a Beauty Skincare Company in Petaling Jaya invites dynamic, highly motivated, energetic, aggressive, friendly, and committed CREATIVE individuals to join our team as -

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in HR Administration or Business Study with 3 to 4 years working experience.
  • Must be able to work independently with good problem solving skills.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aggressive and self-motivated.
  • Able to converse in English, B.M and Chinese (preferably in Mandarin and Cantonese)

Responsibilities: 

  • Recruitment Management
  • Prepare online advertisement & newspaper advert draft 
  • Interview session arrangement via call & email
  • Prepare & issue appointment & confirmation letter
  • Prepare & issue all kinds of general correspondence & Memo   
  • Filling of general correspondence & memo accordingly


Leave Management

  • Check annual leave application & verify MC
  • Updates annual leave records for all staff
  • Monitor annual leave& MC records
  • Print out staff’s annual leave record bi-yearly for staff checking purpose
  • Monitor & calculate daily attendance of all staff by monthly schedule


Performance Appraisal Management

  • Prepare 3 moths, half yearly & yearly appraisal form for managers/HODs


Employee Administration Management

  • Update employee listing from time to time
  • Generate door access link attendance record by monthly
  • Check, record & update staff attendance record
  • Prepare staff birthday gift and voucher by monthly
  • Prepare & update staff facial entitlement listing to Monz
  • Create new door access card for new joined staff
  • Temporary change of door access tag mode upon request


Payroll Management

  • Compile details info for payroll deduction, entitlement allowance, new joined & resigned staff
  • Other Administration Management
  • Corporate company’s license renewal
  • General purchasing & replenish items (stationery & refreshment) Stationery stock monitoring, distribution & costing report
  • Handling on loan office equipment (laptop, projector, camera, video camera)
  • Maintenance Management
  • Building & Office maintain (electric, lift, water, telephone, furniture & etc)
  • Liaise with related contractor as and when required

Security Management

  • Liaise with CMS alarm system
  • CCTV monitoring, setting & trouble shooting
  • Door access & lift operation

 Secretary Function (Secretary of HR/Admin Manager)

  • Attend monthly HOD meeting
  • Prepare & circulate meeting minutes
  • Handling HRA ad-hoc assignments
  • Assist & support in follow up/feedback/completion of assigned task
