Responsibilities

- Lead customer service department, manage 3 customer service

- Monitor customer’s / sales’ / operations complain, identify root causes and implement improvement plan

Requirements

- Min 4-6 years of customer service experience in freight forwarding company

Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)

Salary: RM6,000 - RM8,000
