Responsible for the overall support and administration of the broking duties.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with reinsurers and clients.
Respond to client queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly.
Obtain the most appropriate market placements and services for assigned accounts based on senior broker’s assessment of client needs.
Assist with the design of new programs and recommendations for clients’ needs, placing business with client-approved reinsurers.
Coordinate accounting, claims, and contract wording standards to deliver highest level of service to clients
Ensure that placement and claim files are in compliance with best practice standard
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or related field in the insurance industry with at least 2 years experience.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
Skills & Knowledge:
- Computer skills (especially in Microsoft Ofice – Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Communication skill in English (both written and oral)
- Pleasant personality
