Job Responsibilities
  • Manage Local & Regional Sales/Service Order Management
  • Creation of new customer in SAP account after verification.
  • Creation of new material when there is new product launching
  • Operational management and control of the entire SAP sales/service module from the point of quotation and processing on all incoming PO from customer to Sales Order as well as control of the entire order flow for the S.E.A region from the point of receipt Purchase Order.
  • Follow up all open Sales/Service order (local or regional), arrange delivery till Payment received.
  • Handle import/export documentation including preparing export LC documents for negotiation and ensure compliance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the LC
  • Coordinate with customer who is group under Re-seller, Forwarding company, Service/Engineering company on ECS process update as well as monitoring on the expiry date which to be re-validate with a new ECS form to be in place.
  • Monitoring local & overseas deliveries/ Import & Export Shipments/ Inventory stock check quarterly & coordinate with forwarders/courier/local dispatch for shipments/ deliveries as well as getting quotation/rates/information on shipping.
  • Process returns/claims of pumps from customer & to & flow the factory for any CCM case
  • Logistics arrangement o Coordinate with forwarders on the shipping documents for incoming/outgoing shipments, getting quotation/rates on shipping related issues
  • Receiving/sorting of shipments & repack to customer's order as well as rearranging parts/pumps in the right location for the stock inventory
  • Inventory management and plan stock replenishment for Service usage or sales stock.
  • Carry out quarterly inventory stock check and year-end external Inventory stock count.
  • Perform Goods Receive Note(MIGO) for all incoming stocks.
Job Requirement

  • At least 2 years of related experience
  • Well verse in SAP Sales/ Service modules is a must
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in LC
  • Team player and customer service oriented
