National Sales & Marketing Manager

  • Strategize, expand existing and develop new business within modern trade (chain pharmacy), pharmacies and drug stores channel.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue, volume and margin targets
  • Setting sales performance standards and measures for sales team.
  • Plans and implements effective trade promotion programs with close collaboration with trade partners
  • Responsible for A&P budget management, planning, processing and budget reconciliation within financial year.
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for the category/ brands and new products.
  • Participate in key accounts reviews and the development of trade presentations and in line with Marketing objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executive and product advisors
  • Plan and design marketing strategy for new and existing products.
  • Focus on brand development and brand building in alignment with company’s standards.
  • Plan and manage launch campaigns for new and existing products.
  • Work with Product Development Team and review existing range for deletion and/or extension.
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for the category/ brands and new products.




  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Professional Degree in Marketing/ Business Development /Pharmacy or related field
  • Minimum 6 - 8 years sales and marketing experience with proven track record in the OTC healthcare or FMCG industry, preferably with a multinational company.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate team.
  • Matured, well organized and able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English – written and oral
  • Above average computer skills – MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook
  • Process own transport and willing to travel.
