- Lead Trade Marketing strategy development to attain defined business objectives through corporate sales.
- Responsible for external market intelligence and creation of promotional activities.
- The execution of promotional campaign for retail and Key Account.
- Work closely with sales team in market research and implementation of campaigns
- Performs detail analysis of promotions and campaigns
- Work closely with PNL department to work in-line with company budget and profit margin
- Coordinates with marketing department in nationwide marketing/promotional activities
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Professional Degree in Marketing/ Business Development or equivalent.
- At least 8 years working experience in trade marketing manager and product development preferably in Health or FMCG industries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with outgoing personality.
- Strong command in both verbal and written communication skills - English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate team.
- Matured, well organized and able to work under pressure.
- Disciplined in execution and follow up of campaigns.
- Process own transport and willing to travel
