We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Support Specialist for Responsible Sourcing based in Kuala Lumpur.

Reporting directly to the Global Responsible Sourcing Leader, you will be in charge of supporting the implementation of the Nestle palm oil responsible sourcing program.

You will have the opportunity to:
  • Support the implementation of the Nestle palm oil responsible sourcing program.
  • Support the Responsible Sourcing Leader to prioritize and conduct ethical supplier audits.
  • Be accountable for sustainability reporting data metrics in relation to Supplier Audits.
  • Support for the identification of key issues and corresponding solutions, trends and themes in the supplier base.
  • Identify and escalate issues and risks to the Responsible Sourcing Manager.
  • Will develop a framework to demonstrate continuous improvement in labour standards & environmental practices and to reduce supply chain impact.
What are we looking for?
  • University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain and/or Sustainability.
  • 1 year of experience in procurement/supply chain or in similar roles.
  • Ability to work in an international and complex environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and understanding of Procurement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
  • Can easily work with different IT systems (Excel, SAP, Ariba).
  • Understand business objectives and ensure alignment with procurement/price risk management functions of support.
  • Fluent in English, another language will be an asset.
