- Fully support in the overall sales operation, inventory control & delivery monitoring
- Support and coordinate for client admin enquiries on company products and services in a timely and proficient manner via phone calls and emails
- Co-ordinate and follow up on customer’s queries, opinions and feedback between the relevant internal department and customers
- Prepare quotation, confirmation order, delivery order, invoice, filing and updating into system and relevant department
- Follow up with client on document/ parcel sent and outstanding delivery
- Liaise closely with warehouse department to fulfill customer’s requested delivery date.
- Carry out sales coordination and administrative task
- To perform ad-hoc tasks or general administrative matters as required by superior
- Preferable male candidate at Penang, need assist to carry products
- 3 additional positions available (2 positions - HQ, Klang & 1 position - Penang)
