Candidate must possess at least Professional Degree, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or
Experience in handling of full set of accounts.
Prepare Monthly Costing, Accounting Reports, Management Reports, P&L, Balance Sheet & etc.
Maintain Proper and Accurate accounts and Filings & all accounting records are properly
Applicant must be self-motivated, honest and able to work independently.
Must able to communicate effectively with all levels staff.
Performed daily Operations of the Accounts Department and other administrative
functions as assigned.
Coordinate the office general adminstration work.
Perform data entries, prepare and assist day-to-day operation of accounting
Processes transaction such as Petty Cash disbursement / Expenses Voucher
Tallying and issue invoices.
Check, Verify and process the invoice, expenses claim & reimbursement.
Data Entry of Accounting information
Prepare monthly Statement of account
Provide General administrative support
