GENERAL FUNCTION

Ø Daily administration activities within supply chain department and ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

TASKS

Ø Technical

· Assist in the daily administration activities in procurement, logistics & warehouse

· General procurement and purchase order processing

· Follow up and expedite deliveries with Supplier

· Liaise with forwarders for shipment from oversea

· Schedule a pick up with transporter for local delivery or pick up from vendor

· Back up storekeeper during his absent

· Ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by supervisor

· Develop efficient teamwork with other departments (Customer Service, Sales, Operations)

· Follow-up Procurement Processes

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

Ø Education

· Diploma in Supply Chain or Business Admin

Ø Others (License/Certificates)

· Supply Chain / ISO

COMPETENCIES EXPECTED

Ø Technical

· Understanding of purchasing operation (Level 3 - Competent)

· Procedure compliance (Level - Competent)

· Freight (Level 3 - Competent)

Ø Personal

· Organisation & Administration (Level 3- Competent)
