Maintenance Engineer will work independently leading technician personnel to perform Preventive, predictive and routine maintenance tasks. They will troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and engineering equipment, and ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness. All tasks will be performed while adhering to the policies, goals and objectives of the company. Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to) Study and plan the maintenance program/plan of machines and equipment based on historical data, machine manual etc. Ensure the execution of the maintenance program/plan and able to make decision if necessary regarding the program across a wide range of machines from process area to finish good area Respond to machine breakdowns and decide on course of action to safely and rapidly return machines to production complying to quality and other essential requirement Maintain data on breakdown hours, OEE and GE, analyze and to discuss with the team on the action plan base on the results of analysis Maintain specification and check the availability of spares for an assign range of machines. Identify and execute after approval, improvements to machinery and implement changes with minimal effect to production schedules. Actively review and ensure the works instructions, safety and quality protocols are trained to and followed by the technician while ensuring documents up to date with the Mondelez standard Participates and contribute in plant safety, health and environmental programs. Performs other related duties as assigned. Support and ensure maintenance of all electrical equipment including wiring and trouble-shooting problems relating to electrical matters. Support and ensure the execution of maintenance and calibration of all the measuring device as stated in the agreed plan with Quality, Production and Safety department Execute according to the planning and involvements of IL6S program and principles of PM Pillar and supporting function for other pillars Qualifications Education, Knowledge, Experience Have at least 3 years experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and basic electrical repair. . Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings. Ability to write detailed repair reports as well as good verbal communication. A sound education (certificate) in an electrical/mechanical environment. Minimum of 4 years in a high volume maintenance environment. Flexible, motivated and a good communicator. An organized problem solver. Hands on approach. Able to work alone or as part of a team. Competence certificate are compulsory.
