Responsibilities:
- To lead, initiate, monitor, negotiate and supervise the team members of the department;
- To contribute positively to achieving sales and collections target;
- To carry out daily task and handle customers' and suppliers' issues;
- To promote to our existing and prospective customers about our products;
- To maintain monthly sales and marketing reports against yearly budget;
- To coordinated with account department, production department and shipping department for incoming / outgoing containers;
- To prepare and process sales orders and purchase orders, and to ensure goods deliveries as requested by customers / suppliers;
- To increase number of suppliers and customers
- To visit customers and suppliers local and / or overseas;
- To prepare yearly budget;
- To initial and handle new projects before assigning to assistant
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM OR relevant certificate
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
- Required language(s) : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate (Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook & internet research)
- Good interpersonal, multi-tasking skills and able to work independently
- Willing to travel outstation / overseas when necessary
- Possess own transport
