Job Description

Position Summary:

The Sales Executive implements, execute business plans and achieve sales targets in area under he / she coverage. His / her has extended portfolio in oversee distributor sales operation and coach DSR (distributor sales representative) in this area. The incumbent is responsible to provide daily customer engagement, negotiation, business building activities and support of daily routine of sales operation to key accounts within budget spend rate. He /she should possess adequate management and influencing skills to develop and solve customer’s issues. Basic leadership skills is required to train and motivate his / her team which cover DSR, merchandisers and promoters towards achieving the company’s objectives.

Main Responsibilities:1.Business Objectives Delivery
  • Achievement of Monthly Sales Targets and Annual Targets of GT ISM and distributors under the region assigned
  • Manage Trade Promotional Budget and the allocated Trade Fund to generate the desired profitable sales mix as well as develop plans to address variation versus budgets and provide demand forecast for responsible area.
  • Develop and implement customer business plan in alignment with the area's strategic Sales, Marketing and Category plan.
  • Accounts Receivables management
2.Strategic Business Execution and Distribution
  • Ensure flawless execution in line with Kimberly Clark’s strategic business priorities which includes New Products speed to market and major Consumer Program Initiatives
  • Maintain KC’s current business and strong brand presence in each individual customer through achieving customer facing and work plan targets
  • Provide accurate sales forecast and align customers and KC Supply Chain process activities where applicable.
3.Consumer/ Shopper/ Customer (POP)
  • Implement Category Management disciplines and solutions with trade customers and Shopper Research outcomes / activities where applicable.
  • Initiate, develop, implement and evaluate promotion strategies and activities with assigned customers according to annual sales, marketing and category plans. Consistent application of business management and analysis tools (e.g. PTCS, SPO) to support total responsibility for assigned Trade Promotion Funds.
4.Customer Management
  • Implement Customer's Trading Terms, Business Plan, Financial Viability Analysis recommendation, and trade pricing strategy
  • Manage company’s relationship with assigned customers with an emphasis on developing new business opportunities. Establish strategic, cross-functional relationships and regular dialogue with key stakeholders.
Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum of tertiary education.
  • Minimum 1-3 years sales experience preferably in FMCG is required.
  • Incumbents must have strong analytical, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills and communicate with enthusiasm and impact.
  • Previous success in managing customers and secondary sales team(s) and the demonstrated ability to positively influence business partners.
