Job Details Responsibility:
- e-Commerce platform product listing creation, examination, and update.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to ensure that customer understand.
- Pre- and post- sales service including but not limited addressing customer queries, problems, and complaint.
- Managing all incomings and outcomings messages promptly and accurately.
- To escalate any complicated complaint to the Manager in time.
- Be responsible for editing product introduction, submitting to Business Department for audit and update in time.
- Coordinating landing price according to the cost and sales status every week and update timely.
- Occasional business trip for business presentation and negotiation with clients.
- Must be willing to work in Georgetown.
- Candidate must possess Diploma or higher. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
