Qualifications

Secretary – Food & Beverage is responsible to assist the Director of Food & Beverage with the administration and smooth running of the Food & Beverage Department.

Main Responsibilities

To type, take minutes and dictation, draft letters, handle telephone calls, file and trace correspondence.

To be responsible for the security and upkeep of all Food & Beverage files and equipment.

To co-ordinate all departmental meetings, venues and related follow ups.

To co-ordinate all follow ups in relation with other departments.

To type and co-ordinate the printing of all outlets correspondence for the Outlet Managers.

To handle and direct associates enquiries.

To do all given translation duties.

To attend all meetings requested by the Director of Food & Beverage.

To handle and direct all Food & Beverage enquiries to the appropriate departments / associates.

To respond to changes in the departmental function as dictated by the industry, company or hotel

To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

F&B reward system follow up.

Follow up on complaint letters, vouchers, staff, etc.

F&B menus, collateral control and administration.

F&B VOC system.

Printing of all F&B menus.

To keep minimum par stock of F&B operating supplies and to ensure its sufficiency at all times for operations need.

Preparation of month end report and summary of guest comments.

Accurate cash handling including foreign exchange and also know how to handling type of credit cards, travel checks, room charge or master bill. Accurate cash handling including foreign exchange and also know how to handling type of credit
