GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect serves as the primary resource of the implemented solution for new global rollout of Dynamics 365 finance and operations for Ansell verticals, industrial and medical, specifically in manufacturing. This role will provide technical leadership to development and testing teams. The role is responsible for end-to-end business solution delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Formulate project solution designs utilizing industry and product knowledge for Dynamics 365 finance and operations implementations, upgrades, enhancements and integrations with other applications.
  • Assist Project Manager with implementation plans, risks, mitigation strategies and timeline requirements.
  • Work with consultant team to successfully complete projects on time.
  • Provide project status updates as needed.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to newer team members.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, product demonstrations, preparation and delivery of projects and time estimates.
KEY POSITION REQUIREMENT

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Business, MIS or equivalent.
Job Experience

  • Broad knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations with in depth knowledge of operations.
  • 7+ years’ experience in Dynamics products: 2+ years D365FO implementation experience and 3+ years’ experience in prior versions.
  • Strong knowledge of planning, purchasing, sales, inventory management, warehouse management (WMS) and production.
Knowledge and Skills.

  • Ability to work with a wide range of types of companies and various levels of people within those organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of S365 ISV eco-system and purpose-built applications.
  • Ability to lead major projects with resources from different teams while working in a team environment.
  • Technically astute with the ability to influence.
  • Public speaking/training experience preferred.
  • Strong skills to effectively interface with global clients.
  • Demonstrated consulting skills, including client relationships and team facilitation/enablement.
  • Well-developed organizational and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Proven project/task management skills
  • General understanding of the business environment, models and motivations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team building skills to facilitate collaboration between team members, clients, and third parties.
Additional Requirements (travel, etc.)

Travel up to 35% to plant locations for on-site work.

Possible increase depending on implementation phase.
