Excel’s business is growing rapidly, and we need a skilled Administrative Assistant to help with our daily office flow. The ideal candidate will have experience in office organization and multitasking between teams. In this role, you will be supporting our Director, as well as our Sales and Engineering teams.
The ideal candidate should be highly driven, a self-starter, good communicator and a team player, with a proven track record of multitasking efficiently in a fast paced office environment.

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Support administrative management and activities
- Research using public domain and other sources various topics as assigned
- Maintaining marketing databases and liaising with company management when necessary
- Maintain and update social media presence
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelors in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
- Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent MS skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and handle stress
- 2-5 years of administrative experience
