Job Responsibilities :
- Deliver excellent customer service & achieve the brand standard.
- Assist customer with product selection, inquiries on product specs and functionalities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and product warranty claim.
- Assist in the display of product, stock taking, housekeeping, replenishing and updating of sales display area.
- Live chat and able to communicate with the customer, phone calls and online.
- Fast responding and provide excellent service to customer including product inquiry, process order, sales order, delivery, follow up on payment and after-sales support.
- Update and manage company website, social media platforms Flexible and has the ability to adopt changes.
- Request to handle online sales platform such as Lazada, Shopee, Mothercare, Mumsandbabes &, etc.
- Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements :
- Willing to work on Monday – Saturday, weekday off.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skill.
- Enjoy interaction with people.
- Able to work independently, meticulous, articulate, resourceful and confident.
- Multilanguage is preferable especially in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and other dialects.
- Those are able to start work immediately and fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
