a) Assist in preparing yearly budget, monthly management report and monitor variances on monthly basis.
b) Liaise with External Auditors.
c) Liaise with Internal Auditor and other authorities.
d) Prepare and submit LOFSA and ESS report quarterly and annually.
e) Prepare journal for monthly closings, receipts for receivables and payment for payables.
f) To do bank reconciliation.
Other adhoc matters
a) Coordinate with Insurance Manager in Labuan on time to time.
b) Liaise with bankers on day to day treasury matters and all banking related matters.
c) To perform any other related duties when required.
