To handle day to day accounting functions included Account Payable, Account Receivable and General Ledger.
Prepare billings and check payments with relevant documentation for management verification and approval.
Monitor bank balance, and monthly bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly and annual financial and management reports for management review.
Ensure proper filing of all documents related to company's financial records
Liaise with the operations team, external auditors, company sec and tax agents
Other accounting related functions and duties as assigned by management.
Possess a degree / professional accounting qualification / Advanced Diploma Holder / LCCI with relevant experience
Familiar with Accounting Standards and Income tax compliance
Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal communications skills
With property development and property management experience preferred.
Knowledge of MHW developer software and Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is an advantage.
Independent and self-starter with more than 5 years of accounting and/or audit (combined) experience.
Able to start work independently
