- Work closely with management on strategic business planning & operations oversee the whole business segment including of daily operations,recruiting of manpower and work force allocation to achieve business goals.
- To lead ,coach and motivate the outlet's teams to achieve on monthly sales target , workplace and food safety, customers satisfaction and quality service.
- Responsible for staff training and development.
- Adherence to all regulatory compliance.
- Ensure the outlet meet hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Oversee all staff related matters including promotion excercise, disciplinary matters etc.
- Meet goals and metrics.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
- To improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
