Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement short, intermediate and long-term Investment and Property management plans & strategies to optimize portfolio value
  • Determine appropriate frameworks, processes and standards application for acquisition and disposal of assets, ensuring compliance with sound and agreed financial, legal and commercial principles
  • Develop financial feasibility analyses, and recommend appropriate strategies related to portfolio profile, deployment and redeployment, acquisition, disposal or retirement of specific major assets
  • Perform due diligence for acquisition or disposition of property with appropriate recommendation
  • Provide support for special projects such as acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations and expansions
  • Develop a consistent and high level of compliance with property management policy across all areas of the organization as a key mainstream management obligation and performance expectation
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all factors affecting markets and submarkets associated with the portfolio, including demographics and changes in supply and demand.
  • Financial performance- to ensure highest possible net operating income through effective budget creation and leasing and marketing strategies. Utilize asset management resources and cash flow projections to maximize property returns on investment
  • Property Management On Daily Operations- Develop and maintain customized operation plans to increase property value through annual preventative maintenance plans, regular inspections, identification of potential loss and safety risks, and space utilization. Maintain high level of tenant satisfaction and customer satisfaction scores through proactive steps and urgency in the handling of critical matters. Manage effective contract negotiation and risk management. Develop strategic vendor partners to improve product pricing and repair effectiveness.
  • Technology- research, select and implement appropriate technology platforms to increase employee productively, improve operation plans, forecast property improvement needs, and increase revenue.
  • Taking concern and preventive actions for Risk Management to avoid any consequences to the organisation.
Requirements:
  • Masters/ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate or related field
  • Minimum ten (10) years or more of commercial real estate finance and leasing experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate and financial statements
  • Thorough knowledge of management principles, practices, and procedures, including landlord/tenant practices and laws
  • Solid background of experience and an impressive record of innovation and attainment of goals in complex organizations, especially in a global enterprise environment and matrix organizations.
  • Experience in directing and managing within a dynamic and challenging environment, working inclusively through people in a multi-cultural environment to achieve shared objectives.
