Senior Manager – Performance & Rewards (5350/PD)
Our client, a large manufacturer with a strong presence in Malaysia, is looking for a Performance & Rewards Manager.
You will be tasked with leading the team which includes payroll. You will provide expert advice to stakeholders on compensation structures, benefits and benchmarking. You will also be tasked with reviewing the existing Performance Management process and where required, making changes to ensure a fit for purpose system.
You will also be responsible for job evaluation, salary review requests, preparing papers for the Remuneration Committee and managing the employee insurance programs and flexible benefit plans.
In order to be successful in this role, you will require 8 years within Human Resources and a minimum of 5 years specialising within Performance and Rewards. You will need to combine a strong technical skillset with a commercial mind-set and a degree of creativity. You will need excellent communications skills and the ability to influence senior level stakeholders.
