About the company
Our client is a premier water and wastewater engineering company with more than 20 years of market presence in the utilities and infrastructure business. Currently they are seeking a junior HR professional to assist the HR activities in Shah Alam.
This is a permanent position that have been designed to support the HR team at their corporate head office in Shah Alam. You will be required to work on a 5-day weekly basis, Monday to Friday 8.30am -5.30pm
You will join the HR team as HR Assistant. Your responsibilities will primarily manage payroll administration of approximately 80. In addition, you duties will include administration of new starters, leavers and employment administration and provide a full administrative support service to the HR team,including managing time sheet process for all employees.
Ideally we are looking for a female candidate who is willing to be based in Shah Alam area.
Candidate must have some experience in HR portfolio and payroll processing/administration.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and payroll processing software.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
Must be numerate with basic analytical skills.
