DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
·Follow up on customer sales orders received via different EDI portals & directly with Account Managers.
·Process sales orders in the internal Order Management System & send order confirmations directly to customer and relevant stakeholders within stipulated time frame under SLA.
·Respond to customer queries and complaints within 24 hours and provide a solution within 48 hours after discussion with the supervisor.
·Compile reports and provide complete and accurate information.
·To work in a team environment & support each other in multitasking.
·Guiding Customer to use our client application platform.
·Perform any other tasks as requested by the Supervisor.
·A bachelor’s degree in any business discipline.
·1-2 years of prior work experience in a similar role.
·Proficiency in English language is a must – spoken & written.
·Good Microsoft Excel skills is an added advantage.
·Working North American business hours and follow North American Holidays (Canada).
