Job Accountabilities / Key Result Area

Make necessary preparations for installation by making sure there are enough items/devices, materials, tools, including arrangement of installation visit and reaching out to customers
Responsible for end-to-end installation process to ensure a smooth installation experience for customers
Responsible for product installation which includes but not limited to of RGW, Set Top Box, Optical Network Terminal, Dectphone, Wi-Fi extenders
Provide assistance in consultation, configuration and troubleshoot of Customers’ Premises Equipment (CPE)
Perform triple play services testing which includes, but not limited to High-Speed Internet (HIS) speed test via Maxis speed test webpage, perform test call from VOIP phone (incoming & outgoing calls and take down the recordings

Minimum Essential Qualifications & Technical Competences

SPM/STPM/Certificat/Diploma/Degree in IT related are welcome to apply
Minimum with 1 year relevant experience in interent installation
Knowledge on Window Operating Systems, Microsoft Word and Excel & Driving License
Must have own transport (Car)
Able to speak fluently in BM & English
