Customer Service Associate - Regular Office Hours / Public Transportation

Our client is among the top Life Insurance Provider in Malaysia. Currently, they are seeking for passionate, eager and outspoken individuals to join their team of Customer Service Associates as per the criteria below :-


  • Answering inbound calls and assist to resolve the queries or issues
  • Escalate issue to relevant person or department
  • Ad-hoc tasks as per necessary
  • Assigning or act on any required customer follow up in accordance to call centre guidelines


  • Applicant should possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in ANY field, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as well
  • Fluent Mandarin and English speaking abiltiies (Due to business requirements)
  • Applicant with prior call center experience will have an added advantage

Job Details

  • Regular Office Hours (No rotation shifts)
  • 5 Working Days per week
  • Working location located next to Tun Razak Interchange MRT station
