  • Responsible for the procedures related to the entry and departure of company employees; Conduct company-level training for new employee organizations; 负责公司员工的入职、离职相关手续的办理;对新员工组织进行公司级培训;
  • Responsible for the establishment, maintenance and custody of personnel files and labor contract of various departments; 负责公司员工人事档案、组织各部门劳动聘请合同的建立、维护、保管;
  • Responsible for staff salary, EPF, SOCSO and EIS; 负责员工工资、公积金、保险核算;
  • Responsible for recruitment (including foreign workers), renewal of permits, EP processing of expatriates, staff abroad certificate, airline ticket processing and annual review of all kinds of company certificates; 负责公司人员招聘(包含外劳)、准证更新、外派人员EP处理、员工出国证件、机票办理和公司各类证照办理年审工作;
  • Responsible for the management of the company's training resources, participate in the formulation of training management system and operation guide manual, formulate the company's personnel training plan at all levels and supervise the implementation; 负责对公司培训资源的管理,参与制定培训管理制度及操作指引手册,制订公司的各级人员培训计划并督导实施;
  • According to the company's business plan, formulate human resources policies and personnel management system, such as salary policy, promotion policy, welfare policy, and monitor the implementation of the policy; 根据公司经营规划,制定薪酬政策、晋升政策,福利政策等人力资源政策和人事管理制度,并监控政策实施情况;
  • Supervise the statistics and audits of attendance, leave, paid medical leave and annual leave of employees in accordance with the regulations; 督导全公司员工按照规定考勤、请假、医疗有薪假及年度休假的统计、审核等相关管理工作;
  • Coordinating the relationship among all departments and personnel at all levels, creating a good corporate culture, optimizing corporate culture incentive policies, and organizing related corporate culture activities (such as annual tourism, annual party, etc.); 协调内部各部门、各级人员之间的关系,创建良好的企业文化,优化企业文化激励政策,组织相关企业文化活动的开展(如年度旅游、年度晚会等);
  • Responsible for the company's administrative affairs management, maintaining the company's environment, coordinating public resources and controlling administrative expenses; responsible for the company's security external coordination and internal management, dormitory, logistics (bank, illness, etc.) and the management of the living area of foreign workers; 负责公司保安外部协调和内部的管理、外劳宿舍、外劳后勤(银行、生病等事宜处理)及外劳生活区域的管理;
  • Responsible for the company's venues management, foreign workers’ hostel management, China expatriates’ hostel management; 负责公司场地、外劳宿舍、外派人员宿舍租赁及合同管理工作;
  • Local government's external response and public relations maintenance, DOE, ESD, MBSA, immigration department, police station, etc. 当地政府的对外应对及公共关系维护,DOE、ESD、MBSA、移民厅、警察局等。
