Executive Customer Service (Online Shopping)-support Mandarin speaking customer

The Executive-Customer Service will be required to manage incoming calls and emails from customers in relation to

ON-LINE shopping of products and services.

The position will require you to support the contact centre in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

The Requirements for the Role:

  • SPM/STPM/Diploma /Degree or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • A good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia AND Mandarin due need support Mandarin speaking customer.
  • Possess initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Dynamic, highly motivated and a result oriented player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Contact Centre Operating Days/ Hours :- Monday -Sunday,24/7
  • Work Days :- 5 day week : off days are based on the roster.
  • Commencement Date :- 13th May 2019
The Package:

  • Attractive Salary (RM 2700- 3000).
  • The probation period is 3 months.
