In this role, we are looking for a lead to help drive for best-in-class Talent Acquisition (TA) capabilities, processes and practices across the region. She/he will report to the TA APJ Director while partnering with the Global TA COE organization to implement global programs to ensure Dell stays at the forefront of recruitment. The successful candidate can be given opportunities to lead global enterprise level projects and will also be partnering closely with cross functional HR teams to deliver over-arching HR related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead in initiating or implementing best practices to help drive best recruitment outcome through streamlining recruitment processes, optimize tool usage and provide enablement to recruiters’ development into becoming strategic advisors to the business
  • Be a key enabler within the TA function to ensure recruiters are best supported in various key initiatives which help drive success within the function. This includes initiatives such as talent attraction and branding, university/campus relations, driving employee referrals and diversity & inclusion and ensuring best in class customer (candidates and hiring managers) experience
  • Represent the region by providing APJ inputs during global TA and/or HR discussions which may have impact on TA processes, tools, work, etc.
  • Advocate change and provide any change management support to the APJ TA leadership team as well as recruiters to ensure success in implementation of global/regional programs
  • Be an expert in recruitment processes, tools, and the go-to person for escalations of recruitment process/tool issues including Workday tool
  • Support the Regional TA Director in driving the strategic direction of the function by using data analyses, surveys and audit results
  • Determine opportunities of recruiter/candidate experience team development, and develop customized trainings for different groups across APJ TA
Requirements
  • Have about 8 plus years of hands-on experience in HR/recruitment, preferably with some experience in a program management role across any HR function
  • Result oriented and comes with strong track record in managing and seeing through regional projects/programs to fruition
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to influence decision making at regional and global level
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to partner and collaborate within TA, and across other HR functions
  • Excellent time management, detail oriented and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours around the requirements of the role
  • Preferably comes with experience in recruitment tools, e.g. Workday TA tool, job boards as well as good knowledge of social media platforms
