1) Compile and update employee attendance and Service reports
2) Compile leave form before passing to management
3) Ensure that all the spare part in / out recording accordingly. Any staff taking / sending out / in spare part to / from office must report to you and record in the Delivery Notes Books accordingly.
4) Prepare the stock card listing and sticker for all the spare part keeping in the office. Record Stock in / out in the book / excel file in order to avoid any over / less purchase.
5) Assist Purchasing and HR executives.
6) Dispatch duties (Banking matters, collect cheque/invoices from clients)
