Your role as Receptionist cum Admin Assistant:

  • Welcome guests, customer and suppliers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone as front-line of the company.
  • Handle telephone calls and enquiries.
  • Maintain security by monitoring visitor/ guest logbook.
  • Arrange for courier service including despatching of documents and parcel.
  • Maintain a clear and presentable office reception area.
  • Prepare KPI report on attendance.
  • Update eLeave systems.
  • Keep record and order stationeries.
  • Align with the company’s vision, mission and guiding principle.
  • Work towards achieving the company’s KPIs and department KPIs.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • SPM holder and above with minimum 1-year relevant working experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Team player and ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
