Job Description:

  • Manage and grow the store towards profitability and sustainability as a future Trade Partner.
  • Maximise sales opportunities across all consumer segments through active engagement efforts to build sustainable relationships within the community.
  • Create an unmatched personalised experience and demonstrate relevant solutions to excite customers.
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring quality and compliance to standard policies and procedures.
  • Lead, nurture and inspire staff in a growth-centred environment where they can thrive in a positive performance culture.
  • Be a great ambassador with customer-oriented mind set and create ‘LIKE’ moments for customers.
  • Drive change and continuous innovations to deliver company’s ambitions, understandingcustomers’ needs and market environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, Creative.
  • A self-starter, willing to embrace changes, entrepreneurial and leadership qualities.
  • Obsessed with customers, passion for sales, a competitive spirit, and the ability to understand people through interactive conversations.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
