We are representing one of our manufacturing/distribution client to seek for Customer Service Executive (Order Processing).
- Liaise with internal department and external clients (Including local and oversea - Hong Kong, China and Taiwan Market).
- Maintain good rapport with customers.
- Manage day to day customers' orders by using SAP systems.
- Preparing financial analysis, data management and product ordering data, etc.
- Ensure shipment reach according to timeliness.
- Administration support to sales team.
- Handling customer issue, complaints and provide solutions accordingly.
- Ad hoc to be assign by superior.
- Preferable Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese/ Mandarin.
- Must be able to read and communicate in Chinese as liaison with China counterparts is required.
- Experience in using integrated system to process sales transaction is a must.
- Candidate experience in warehousing management, distribution, logistics and inventory control are preferred.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Applications; SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure.
