Responsible for analysing, designing, implementing, configuring and supporting WORQ system and network solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity

Ensure high availability of network infrastructure service to provide maximum performance to WORQ members

Evaluate network matters and provide assistance when dealing with network vendors

Establish good network practices to manage hardware and software related to WORQ network infrastructure and service

Responsible for providing general IT support for WORQ team and troubleshooting IT problems faced by WORQ customers

Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and other network and system problems

Replacing faulty network hardware components when required

Due to the company’s nature of business, incumbent is expected to carry out network maintenance task after work hours

Additional ad hoc task as assigned by management

Key Responsibilities :

Acting as the key point of contact on all system/network matters

Reporting network status to all key stakeholders

Designing, implementing and managing the local and wide area networks across WORQ outlets and enterprise clients

Maximising network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting

Procuring network equipment/devices and managing subcontractors involved in network setup and installation

Participate in key technology projects to support WORQ’s business strategies and goals Qualifications

Candidate to possess a Degree in IT or Networking related fields

At least 5 years of experience is required for this position

Proven track record on network infrastructure setup and maintenance

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and listening skills

Self-starter individuals with a strong drive to achieve

Must have good communication skills and strong command in spoken and written English language
