Your role as Receptionist cum Admin Assistant:
- Welcome guests, customer and suppliers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone as front-line of the company.
- Handle telephone calls and enquiries.
- Maintain security by monitoring visitor/ guest logbook.
- Arrange for courier service including despatching of documents and parcel.
- Maintain a clear and presentable office reception area.
- Prepare KPI report on attendance.
- Update eLeave systems.
- Keep record and order stationeries.
- Align with the company’s vision, mission and guiding principle.
- Work towards achieving the company’s KPIs and department KPIs.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- SPM holder and above with minimum 1-year relevant working experience.
- Computer literate.
- Team player and ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
