DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Having direct communication with customers while they enter to the clinic
- Provide consultation and advise right personal care/treatment plans.
- Evaluate an individuals treatment of skin or body based on problems and recommend a treatment
- Provide facial treatments and make up/ facial waxing for every customer
- Make sure reception area, relaxation and treatment rooms are all immaculate, organized and tidy
- Maintain cleaniness of all equipment which sanitized and cleaned properly
- Arrange and manage on clients booking and appointment
- Being attenuative to guests at all times and answering any queries from customers
- Assure the highest standard of customer care and services all time.
- Resolve any customer complaints
- Conduct sales presentations to potential customers ad deliver benefits of our service.
- Record payment transaction from customer such as cash or credit card payment
- other job relevant ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years experience in aesthetics clinic/ beauty saloon
- Highly motivated in sales
- Able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Prior knowledge in aesthetics treatment is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal communication skill.
- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
- A team player and able to multi-tasking
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Willing to work from Monday-Saturday, 10AM-7PM
