Duties and Responsibilities
ê Communicating with customers through various channels.
ê Provide product and service information to customers.
ê Process orders, forms, and application. Coordinate with the dispatch team to send products or provide services on time to customers.
ê Upsell products and services.
ê Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
ê Responsible for interfacing with customers to handle problem or issue to ensure company satisfaction as well as to meet service target and quality operation metrics.
ê Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints and escalate issues to supervisors.
ê Perform any ad hoc duties given by the management.
Requirements and Qualifications
Ø Possess at least Diploma or equivalent.
Ø Well oral and written communication in both languages - Mandarin and English.
Ø No experience needed, training provided.
Ø Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ø Attention to detail.
Ø Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
Ø Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
