JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily off site backup and ensure backup medias are placed properly in their respective location;
  • Support daily operations of administration, configurations, installations which includes but not limited to computers, SAP & POS systems, printers, CCTV systems, networks;
  • Coordinate logistics and setup of hardware equipment to respective outlets;
  • Assist in administration of servers systems, network communication, email systems, database systems, backup systems, etc.
Requirements:
  • Posses Diploma/Degree in Computer/IT or other related discipline;
  • Minimun 2 years of working experience;
  • Knowledge in installing, configuration, administering machines in Windows environment and basic networking setup is a must;
  • Candidate must possess own transport and able to travel locally and outstation to support all branches / outlets;
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin language will be an added advantage;
  • Able to work on standby mode to provide support during weekends and Public Holidays;
  • Fresh Graduates with a passion in IT career are encouraged to apply
